CPAP Network only sells products that are backed by manufacturer warranties that include defective materials and craftsmanship. Warranty items are subject to a return assessment which will determine if the damage can be repaired or must be replaced. 


Please note: The manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit or water damage. 


Returning Warranty Equipment: What Should I Do?

If you believe your equipment may be defective or not functioning properly, contact CPAP Network to determine if your product(s) qualify for an approved RMA number. If so, an RMA number will be issued to you. Just enclose a note in the return package explaining the problem with your equipment and the order number, if available.

  • DeVilbiss: 5 Years

Warranty Duration - CPAP Masks

Applies only to manufacturer material defects, but not normal wear and tear. Refer to owners manual for recommended care and maintenance to extend useful life of your CPAP mask and accessories.
