Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates (Domestic – US Continental 48 States vs Alaska or Hawaii)

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99 to continental 48 States (ground shipping only)
  • Orders shipping to PO Box do not qualify for flat rate shipping
  • UPS expedited shipping cost is presented during checkout
  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with the shipping company and the tracking numbers
  • Alaska and Hawaii customers will pay shipping quoted based on items in the shopping cart 

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed on the same day, except for weekends and holidays.
  • If for any reason products are on backorder, we will notify you and ship the item as soon as possible. Some items are shipped direct from manufacturer.

Shipping Time (Domestic – US 50 States)

  • Free shipping (UPS/USPS ground): allow 3-10 days. 
  • UPS Express shipping (overnight, 2 day air, 3 day express) is available at check out. 

Tracking 

When your order is shipped you will be receive an email notification with a tracking number. Track your order at www.usps.com, or www.ups.com.

Important Shipping Information

Standard Free Shipping offered through CPAP Network is subject to transit times of the carrier. In most cases Free Shipping will ship out via UPS or USPS, however CPAP Network reserves the right to ship via other carriers when deemed necessary. Expect delivery delays for weather, holidays, or unforeseen carrier issues; please contact CPAP Network customer support with any questions regarding our shipping policy:  support@cpapnetwork.com  


PLEASE NOTE: Orders containing CPAP/PAP devices must receive an adult signature upon delivery. Please ship CPAP machines only where an adult will be prepared to receive it. FedEx will not leave any package unattended if signature is required. Once a package leaves our facility, CPAP Network cannot be held responsible for errors such as: third party company errors, stolen packages, etc. If any of these issues arise, we will work with third party companies as best we can to resolve them.


Carriers & Shipping Options

CPAP Network uses a variety of carriers, including FedEx, UPS, Speedy, USPS Priority Overnight, Ground, Parcel (Free), Standard Overnight Next-Day Air, Home Delivery. 

FedEx will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Our P.O. Box shipments only ship via USPS. 

FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground Delivery are subject to 1 to 5 day delivery based on service area. Restrictions apply (i.e. rural areas may experience additional delays or severe weather conditions may interrupt service). 

CPAP Network is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from weather or carrier shipping errors. Some delays may also result from customer unable to provide a timely prescription (if applicable).

Delivery Confirmation

When UPS or USPS confirms a "Delivered" status, these purchase orders are complete.

Please reject any package that shows any damage upon delivery, and ask UPS or USPS to return the package to CPAP Network. We will either refund your entire order or reship another package to you (and cover all the cost).

If UPS or USPS confirms the package is lost before delivery, we will ship you another package and cover all the cost.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to CPAP Network due to unable to deliver, customers will have two options:

  • CPAP Network will contact customers to arrange another delivery. The customer is responsible for the second shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost (if any) 
  • Customers deciding to cancel the order will be charged the shipping cost, the return shipping cost (if any), plus 15% of restocking fee. Remaining payment will be credited to the customer’s credit card or PayPal account
