Welcome to the CPAPNetwork.com website. By using the services provided by CPAPNetwork.com you are agreeing to the following terms and the general principles for the websites and affiliates.
Prior to use of CPAPNetwork.com website and services, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. The agreement that applies on any of our domains and subdomains is always the agreement that appears in the footer of each website.
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance for new and existing users as of June 1, 2018.
Please Read carefully Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classify CPAP/Bi-PAP/Bi-Level machines, complete assembled CPAP masks and humidifiers as Class II Medical Devices that require a copy of the prescription be on file prior to shipping your order to any U.S. address (Please Note: You may place your online order prior to submitting your prescription, and once we receive and approve your Rx, your order will ship promtly). If you do not have a copy of your CPAP prescription, you still have many options and we can help. Contact us at 888-292-4811 for assistance. Please note that prior to shipping, we set the therapy devices (CPAPs) to the settings as prescribed.
While using CPAPNetwork.com, you agree not to:
- Post inappropriate content on the Sites; violate our policies or violate any laws or related third party rights;
- Use CPAPNetwork.com if you are under age 18 or if you are legally unable to enter a binding contract, or if you are serving any suspension whatsoever from the website, CPAPNetwork.com;
- Manipulate our prices or descriptions of any item listed listed on CPAPNetwork.com;
- Manipulate our billing processes or fees owed to CPAP Network LLC;
- Post inaccurate content of any kind that is false, misleading, defamatory or libelous (includes personal information);
- Copy or change User Reviews for any purpose including posting elsewhere if not approved in writing by CPAP Network LLC;
- Transfer your CPAPNetwork.com account and any private account details to any other party without our consent;
- Post, email or transmit in any format unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes that may implicate CPAPNetwork.com in any way;
- Use any form(s) of technology that might cause harm to CPAPNetwork.com or harm the interests of CPAPNetwork.com users;
- Disseminate or change content on CPAPNetwork.com or violate our copyrights or trademarks;
- Compile information of any kind about users without first obtaining each user's express consent;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any employee of CPAPNetwork.com, nor misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Register or use any email address not owned by you or for which you do not have express permission of the email owner to use including registering with CPAPNetwork.com.
Once your shipment leaves our facility, we no longer have any control over it (especially when dealing with customs). For more information, please review our detailed Shipping Policy.
If you believe your equipment may be defective or not functioning properly, contact CPAP Network to determine if your product(s) qualify for an approved RMA number. If so, an RMA number will be issued to you. Just enclose a note in the return package explaining the problem with your equipment and the order number, if available.

Returning My Order
With an approved RMA number, CPAPNetwork.com will accept returns for purchases made through cpapnetwork.com on unopened product(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Obtaining an approved RMA - all customers should contact a CPAP Network Customer Service Agent to arrange for an approved RMA number. To qualify for a valid return, approved RMA return items must be received by CPAP Network within 30 days of the RMA issuance.
A restocking fee of 5% will be subtracted from the original charges or a store credit for the difference will be issued on returned items. The 5% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanged items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Canceling My Order
Please note: Once your order has left our facility it can no longer be cancelled.
In most cases we can cancel your order with no additional fees, as long as your order hasn't left our facility. At the time of order placement a pending hold is placed on your credit/debit card or PayPal account for the amount of your order. Upon cancellation this pending charge will simply fall off within 72 business hours. You won't see a refund in your account since we don't fully capture payment until the time your order is shipped. In rare cases we may fully bill your order before shipment, in which case you will see a refund of the charges upon cancellation. We often fulfill orders quickly so in many cases once you place an order you have a very limited amount of time to cancel before it ships.
Please be sure to check your items carefully before order submission. Upon delivery, if a product discrepancy does occur with your order, it must be reported within 30 days of receipt in order to be considered for review and validation.

Restrictions of Service
CPAP Network LLC has the right to suspend, deactivate, limit, or cancel our service and user accounts, impede or restrict access to our website in our sole discretion. CPAP Network LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We may, at our sole discretion, label or categorize any customer or user account "Refuse to Provide Service". Should this occur, we will continue to provide warranty and other related services as required by law, however we will not sell any further products to the "Refuse to Provide Service” customer.
By submitting communications or content to any part of CPAP Network LLC or its domains and sub-domains where content may be viewable by the public (e.g. posting on a discussion forum, chat or other public communication), you agree that such communication is non-confidential for all purposes. Any submission to this Web site will be deemed and remain the property of CPAP Network LLC.
Unless otherwise indicated, all information contained on this web site, such as images, advertisements, logos, original content, text, graphics, audio clips, videos are copyrighted by and proprietary to CPAP Network LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, performed, distributed, sublicensed, altered, stored for subsequent use or otherwise used in whole or in part in any manner without our prior written consent. We may also use third party content, information, images, or videos from manufacturers for marketing or informational purposes of the products we advertise for sale of or product information.
You recognize and agree that the content made available through CPAPNetwork.com is intended as informational purposes only and is not intended to be construed as medical advice or counseling or as a practice of medicine. Users should never use any CPAPNetwork.com resources in place of seeking professional advice from a licensed medical practitioner. We make no guarantees, promises, or predictions of success regarding any of the services or resources offered through CPAPNetwork.com.
CPAP Network LLC will not be held responsible by you for other user's actions or inactions, including things posted by said users. Additionally, in no event shall CPAP Network LLC guarantee constant or secure access to our websites or services, and normal functioning of CPAPNetwork.com may be interfered with or disrupted by numerous factors beyond the scope of our control.
According to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions. We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of CPAPNetwork.com. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.
You agree to release CPAP Network LLC, trustees, officers, agents, directors, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, real or imaginary, arising out of or in any way connected to a dispute with CPAP Network LLC.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CPAP Network LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CPAP Network LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. CPAPNework.com diligently attempts to post and maintain data as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free including accuracy, completion and most current versions.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carriers (FedEx or USPS). Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
Health Insurance Information
CPAP Network LLC does not accept any Health Insurance, nor are we a provider for any insurance company or health care organization. We do not file any insurance claims for any reason. You may be eligible to submit a claim to your provider on your own behalf if you have out of network benefits. We do our best to provide you with the billing codes to make these submissions. We DO accept HSA and Flexible Spending Account cards for payment of services or products.
