Returns

With an approved RMA number, CPAPNetwork.com will accept returns for purchases made through cpapnetwork.com on unopened product(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Obtaining an approved RMA

All customers (Domestic) should contact a CPAP Network Customer Service Agent to arrange for an approved RMA number. To qualify for a valid return, approved RMA return items must be received by CPAP Network within 30 days of the RMA issuance. Medical equipment that has been opened from the product packaging CAN NOT be returned or refunded unless it is a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee product.

A restocking fee of 5% will be subtracted from the original charges or a store credit for the difference will be issued on returned items. The 5% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanged items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Order The Wrong Part Or Size?

Depending on the following circumstances, CPAP Network will exchange your item for the correct product and issue a store credit, or you will be responsible for the price difference: 

  • A store credit will be offered if the exchanged product holds a higher value than the correct product/size needed.
  • If the exchanged product holds a lower value than the correct product/size, you will be responsible for the cost difference.

Please Note: 

  • Shipping fees on your returned item(s) back to CPAP Network are the responsibility of the customer.
  • No restocking fees on exchanged items.
  • We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges on packages that have been opened. Please be meticulous in selecting the right product and size, and of course we encourage you to call us to advise on the proper gear and fit. We have sizing guides and many other resources to help find the proper fit. 

Cancellations

Canceling My Order

Orders that are cancelled before the order is shipped, CPAP Network will refund full payment within 1 business day. Once an order has left our facility it becomes subject to our return policy above.

Warranty Items

If the product you have purchased needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, CPAP Network will exchange your product for the same item or an item of equal value at no additional charge. 

All customers should contact CPAP Network Customer Support to obtain an approved RMA number for the return. Warranty consideration on approved RMA return items must be received by CPAP Network within 30 days of the RMA issuance.

Important Note on Fitting

The product sizes we sell vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, especially mask sizes. A medium for one style may be a large for another, please refer to our mask sizing gauges to make sure (you can always contact us to advise).

All machines we sell are considered “used” if opened and if any usage hours occur on the machine. Warranty decisions regarding machine repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer, not CPAP Network.

Depending on the manufacturer, any machines no longer under manufacturer warranty that are experiencing functional issues, MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. A diagnostic fee, which will be collected prior to sending the machine to the manufacturer for assessment, may be applied to the actual repair cost, depending on the manufacturer policy.
