Submit Rx
Under FDA rules, PAP devices are prescription-only, and CPAP Network accepts prescriptions only from practitioners authorized by state law to evaluate sleep apnea and order PAP therapy.
Your sleep doctor or pulmonologist typically prescribes CPAP therapy; however, any of the following providers can also provide your CPAP prescription:
- DO (Doctor of Osteopathy)
- MD (Medical Doctor)
- Psychiatrist
- Dentist
- PA (Physicians Assistant)
- NP (Nurse Practitioners)
- CNS (Clinical Nurse Specialist)
- APRP (Advance Practice Registered Nurse)
Your Rx must include:
- Provider's information
- Signature
- Date
- NPI Number
Upon receipt of your prescription, our staff will verify the required Rx information and settings. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating that your prescription criteria is validated, clearing the way for your order to be fulfilled.
