Patients prescribed bilevel therapy with a timed backup rate—for example, certain cases of complex or central sleep-disordered breathing where maintaining a minimum respiratory rate is clinically indicated. Always follow your provider’s prescription.

• Prescription required: BiLevel ST with specified IPAP/EPAP, backup rate, and comfort parameters as directed by your provider.

Is this the same as VAuto?
No. VAuto is an auto-adjusting bilevel without a timed backup rate. VPAP ST adds a clinician-set backup rate, which is what many providers require for certain central/complex conditions.

Can I use a non-heated tube?
Yes—standard 22mm and SlimLine tubes are supported. ClimateLineAir is included for automatic temperature/humidity control.

Does it work with my mask?
Most masks with a standard 22mm connection are compatible. If you need help pairing a mask to your sleep position and pressure, we can recommend options.

Do I need software to get started?
No. Your device ships configured to your prescription. On-screen guidance and our quick-start checklist make setup simple.
